HighQ rebuilt our deck and constructed a new roof extension over the new deck. They also replaced several large single pane windows with modern energy efficient windows. They upgraded the siding and completed various “fire wise” fire prevention improvements. This is a professional team which handled the project from design, permitting and construction. This was a “one-stop-shop” which made it easier for us as the homeowners. This was a major upgrade to our 45-year old home which will last for years to come. We are pleased with the result.

They always responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. They listened to us and were helpful to offer a variety of solutions to whatever issue came up. They also were willing to make any corrections to items that weren’t exactly the way we wanted them. Without hesitation they came back and fixed the items we asked to have corrected. Remodeling can be a long, hard road and HighQ made it as uncomplicated as possible.

Had a semi-remodel of the master bathroom consisting of a new shower, toilet countertop, lighting, and accessories. The professional attributes of HighQ were fantastic from the start of design to the completion. Even though there were a few problems to deal with mold and rot under the former shower that required considerable remediation the project was still completed in the original estimated time for the remodel. Supervisor for the project always was in contact with us and handled everything to keep things moving. We especially love the new tile shower that was installed by true artists of their trade.
Perhaps the only negative would be that it took four months before HighQ could fit our project into their schedule but the wait was worth it. If we were to plan on another project at our home we would consider HighQ again.
