Grant brings decades of construction experience to HighQ, with expertise in remodels, ground-up construction, framing, and finish carpentry. As Superintendent, he manages the day-to-day operations of each job site, overseeing construction sequencing, code requirements, inspections, cleanliness, and quality control. His experience and attention to detail help ensure every project is built safely, efficiently, and to HighQ’s standards.

Jessica holds a degree in interior design and is currently pursuing her NCIDQ certification.
